Living / Dining
The Living Room is large (17x14) and bright with a new hardwood floor. I added stained glass in the front door, there are two large “6 over 6” windows with wooden blinds (one faces east, the other faces south) and a white Casablanca Ceiling Fan with lights. It, like all the interior rooms, has been freshly painted.
The Dining Room is roomy (14x16), freshly painted and has the original hardwood floors. We discovered the fireplace under some drywall, opened it up and stripped all the paint from the mantle! It’s not functional, but it’s a nice focal point. A Chandelier hangs from the center and the “6 over 6” window with wooden blinds faces east. The kitchen is just north of the dining room.
